Diversity data
We want the diversity of audiences, leaders, producers and creators of creativity and culture to reflect the diversity of contemporary England. We measure our progress by collecting, analysing and reporting on data relating to equality and diversity of the work, organisations and projects that we fund.

Gender and Ethnicity Pay Gap
Gender and Ethnicity Pay Gap
In 2017, the UK government passed legislation requiring organisations with 250 or more employees to publish data on their gender pay gap.
This data is included in our latest Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion report for 2020-21. Though there is no statutory duty to do so, we have also chosen to publish figures showing the ethnicity pay gap within the Arts Council.
You can also see previous data in the reports at the top of this page.
Our official gender pay report published on the Government’s website can also be viewed here.
