Arts & Culture Impact Fund
We want to invest for artistic, social and financial return in the arts sector. The Arts & Culture Impact Fund will help us do this, working with arts organisations who can demonstrate they are sustainable, have great artistic ambition and have a positive impact on society.
About the fund
About the fund
Repayable loan finance between £150,000 and £1,000,000 is available to arts, culture and heritage organisations organisations.
Who’s involved?
The fund is managed by Arts & Culture Finance on behalf of the investors; Arts Council England, National Lottery Heritage Fund, the Esmée Fairbairn Foundation, Big Society Capital, Freelands Foundation, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and Nesta.
Why we think this is important
As part of our work to increase the resilience of art and culture in England, we want to support organisations to explore alternative sources of non-grant income. The Arts & Culture Impact Fund follows on from the pilot fund, Arts Impact Fund, that Arts Council previously invested in.
